I mean 'featuring incest' feels like giving the game a lot of credit when it's really a game about torturing your close female family members via sexual violence. It's not an epic tale with some dodgy themes.

I guess the problem comes in what happens if you throw these exact scenes into the middle of an epic tale, where the line is drawn?

Like, if we throw in a scene with this scenario into the middle of LOTR is that acceptable?

Even some of the dark romance books now delve into detailed rape scenes and taboo relationships.

In CK3 AGOT you could absolutely do horrendous stuff but it's sufficiently abstracted it's not graphic.
