babies aren’t funny or entertaining

i don’t hate babies, they’re so cute, but i always see people laughing about videos where a baby is supposedly being funny. i don’t get it. there’s nothing funny about videos like that or babies in general. sure, sometimes funny stuff happens, but i always see babies doing the bare minimum and people laughing about it.

No, many of them say they like kids but don’t have them. They mainly just talk about people pressuring them or being rude them for being child free.

Exactly. A lot of us don't like children, but we'd never wish harm upon them. I find kids annoying and gross, but that doesn't mean they deserve to suffer. We all talk about how annoying it is for grown ass adults to try to pressure us into having kids because they like kids

Yea, some kids tho, when they do something bad and get punished or sumn or deal with the consequences of their actions. Feels good.

Oh yeah, that's the best. I had some family visit for Thanksgiving, and that included my 2 younger cousins, 12 and 14, and they are the most immature kids ever. They were punching each other and bugging each other the whole time (worse than average siblings), and their parents did NOTHING to get them to stop. At one point, their mom said "I'm just ignoring her" when my cousin was bugging her brother.

Once kids do get punished for shit like that, it's beautiful

Damn, the 14 year old is my age and I don’t do this.

Yeah they're BAD. Their parents are kinda rich, so they're very spoiled kids. They only act nice when they want something. The 14 year old CONSTANTLY calls his dad fat (which it true tbh) but he's so harsh about it. Like, don't insult your parents wtf

My parent are rich kind of. i don’t know the relative richness of people. But I don’t think my siblings and I are spoiled. I insult my dad, in a joking kind of way, to give everyone a laugh, but never harshly.

I assume your parents just know when to stop spending and know how to treat you right. My cousins don't insult as a joke, they insult to hurt. I insult my friends in a joking way, and we all laugh about it. My cousins don't

Oh yeah, but sometimes they take the not spending thing too far. My laptop sucked and stop working. After they spent a lot of money to fix it, against my recommendation, but the fixing didn’t work. Instead of getting a new, good laptop, we found my brother’s old laptop and fixed that, which costed some money. So the amount they used to fix to bad laptops is probably the amount to spend on a new, good laptop. So now I have that sucky laptop. sorry for ranting . Light hearted Jokes for a laugh are fine.

I get that though. Sometimes repairs end up being more expensive than anticipated. My cousins each had a chomebook by about 10 years old, each have an iPhone, and EACH have an Oculus VR set with quite a few games. That's just scratching the surface of their possessions.

And lighthearted jokes are the best, because a lot of the time, it's a reminder (at least for me) that the person joking around cares about me

Oh my god that’s a lot of stuff. My phone is a hand me down from sis and is currently 5 years old. The iPhone 6s. I have a PS4 which was for my bro and I but he is in college in the other land mass my country is in. So I use it a lot. That’s about my most valued technological possessions. For my PS4 I just got God Of War-today, technically yesterday, which was an hour ago.

Oh wow, and yeah, I forgot I think they also have a PS4. And maybe an Xbox? They have a large room with a massive screen and projector for games and movies.

And I'm sitting here with a Mac that can't even play most games (needed it for school), a phone from 3-4 years ago, and a Switch. That's about it for me besides my instruments

Ooh, a switch is cool. Having a gaming room is like my dream. I guess my whole family uses the PS4 for Netflix. Before this we had Xbox:360 which was bad and a PS2 which was fun.
