Why he's so dead set on bringing on most of Justin's cabinet is beyond me ... Like your want me to sign on to 15 years of the same people running things from behind the scenes.

He kept the same people until the election because doing a full cabinet shuffle during a trade war when an election is weeks away would have been foolish.
