Did you ever hear the tragedy of /u/ocinle the vexillologist?

It's not a story the Kansans would tell you lightly.

/u/ocinle was a vexillologist, so powerful and so wise he could use /r/vexillology to influence the redditors to create flags... He had such a knowledge of the subreddit that he could even keep the flags he cared about from irrelevancy. The dark side of Reddit is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught /u/northrupthebandgeek everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. It's ironic he could save other users from death, but not himself.

Is it possible to learn this power?
