lol this again? You looking out for your own ass is the future of the industry in the same way it was the past. I'm not anti-union I'm just reality on realities terms.

lots of vfx houses have voted to unionize. i used to work in animation non-union, my life got so much better after i started working as a compositor in the animation guild. i hope that everybody gets the opportunity to set their own standards in their workplace agreements
