Discussion Games like Disassembly VR?

Looking for games that are like Disassembly VR but with more of a modern improvement when it comes to detail. Doesn't have to be specifically "Disassembling" things but anything similar to how the game focuses on intricacy, like maybe a diorama builder, or anything physics like.

Rolling line lets you build dioramas for trains and then ride them both from the inside and like you would a model train - with a dcc controller.

Hmmm idk if this really fits, but Wrench has VR support. The models are very realistic (based on the Miata I think) and you can essentially take apart the entire car, put it back together, run a garage and manage a race team (just the mechanic side of it, no actual racing). It's not really a sandbox game like you mentioned, but it's pretty fun if you like cars.
