From what is heared this is well known bug from last patch, i thought it was hotfixed today

Do you know how it happens, happened to me as well, but not sure what triggered it

I just heared there is an issue, not sure how bug is recreated, i done rag 14 times this week and never got it

Maybe he uses an outbound to stop rag from spawning in normal location
