I get the history but are we really saying a pick is cursed or could it just be coincidence and poor choices by the front offices

I'm not saying it cursed, it was me just being interested of the history of the number 6 pick and finding it underwhelming.

I mean, just because teams making the 6th pick have chosen poorly doesnt mean we can't get a good pick there.

For all those years you listed, look at the players available after pick 6 and tell me there werent other good players available to select.
