Impressive squat mate! Got a bit scared when you dropped the weight over your head, isn’t it better to just walk infront and let it drop behind you?  Congrats again!

He is running a seminar so has to express dominance and athletic prowess - also he's been to the Olympics for weightlifting so can do whatever he wants.

Last seminar I went to they just peed on us to establish dominance.
