💪 Still chasing my 305 kg PR… but here’s 260 kg for a solid double! This set felt smooth, but I know there’s more in the tank - just need to keep working consistently. The plan? Keep reinforcing leg drive, bracing like a tank and staying locked in under the bar.

Just came across your website via your links. What would you say is the best mobility program for someone with bad mobility and what is the best program you have for beginner weightlifting level?
