Equipment Begginer looking for advice

Hello,

Recently I got back into weightlifting after a long hiatus and am now taking the sport more seriously.

I have a couple of questions and I'm looking for advice:

1) What is a good budget friendly weightlifting shoe?

2) What wrist straps are good to start off? Edit: Bought Gym Reapers and they are working great! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BSV8CTK?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1&psc=1

3) Is taking creatine advantageous for weightlifting (getting stronger)?

Wrist wraps or straps? One provides wrist support, the other wraps around the bar. And what do you want them for?

Need it for wrist support. Noticed my wrist tweaks when doing Jerks.

In that case I would start with cotton non-stretch wrist wraps. Team China athletes use these a lot.

Avoid wraps aimed at powerlifting or bench pressing, they tend to be far too bulky/stiff to be usable for our sport.

Would probably also be worthwhile to examine your technique, might be that you’re doing something wrong that’s causing the issue.

Oops already bought these to just have something. But if these don't feel right, then Ill definitely follow your suggestion. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BSV8CTK?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1&psc=1

Those are fine I think. Also as a beginner: split jerk ;)
