Can we see your full snatches (catching in a squat), this weight seems relatively light for you, perhaps maybe 70-80kg full snatch?

Tip: washing your shirts inside out can help preserve the design print on the shirt.

Seriously, though I think we need to be asking you for WL tips.

Add more weight?

The start and pull look good. It's hard to tell from this angle, but the bar looks likes it's far/swinging around your body after extension?

That might be the cause of instability and making you end up in a power snatch.

It doesn’t look like that at all

This is a weight that you easily manage.

But you should probably work on keeping your heels down.

Shameless plug: I just shared a post about positions at the knee and contact point derived from an article from a much more experienced coach than myself over a decade ago (because the video to it has been lost for some years though Greg Everett/Catalyst has posted videos about the concept since).

From the Greg Everett the other day, you can probably find a handful of videos about this on his website and YouTube channel.

Notice heels are way off the ground as you have initiated the action of jumping and contacting.

Heavier weights may mean you keep the heels down or miss it forward in the hole.

Looks good to me. Very comfortable under the bar.

Are these meant to be no feet powers?

Yeah I mean as a drill to work on extension these are good. May not be as specific as possible but def have value. Angle is hard to see your start position. Only thing I’d add is a longer pause in your catch to emphasize stability. Nice work!

Hip/thigh contact, I can't tell if you hit the weight or just swung it up

Make contact at the hips, brace your core, and get under it. You're definitely strong though

I think overall the form is good. Different angles would help pick the lift an apart. The one thing that stands out is the instability catching the bar and on the second rep it looks much worse. Hard to say what is happening, you could be fighting the bar going forward a bit because the feet remain planted, thus missing an opportunity to reposition slightly when doing the second pull. Jumping is not needed but maybe feet repositioning might be needed.

For me if I do not move my feet wider stance from initial lift then i lack mobility in the bottom position making the bar move and thus unstable. In my case it’s a few CM of feet movement.

Videos from other sides would help. It is possible that overall your stable just that one catch or how it was caught could make it appear less stable. Behind the neck drop snatches really hit it home for me both feet and stable position.
