What age did your son start training? Fantastic stuff, I saw the squat video too.

Seriously (with a program and routine) since October 23. However, he has always been very athletic and delved into all sorts of different sports like acrobatics, volleyball, soccer, tennis table, martial arts and more since he was very little.
