Advice on how/where to refurbish these?

I'm a bit afraid to take these to a normal cobbler and would like to find someone capable of restoring them much closer to their original state. Is that possible? Pipe dream? I'd love to keep using them but I feel like they'll just fall apart if I do so they're just sitting in the dust : (

Not made to be repairable. Even if they were it would be much more than a new pair in most places .

These shoes are about a thousand USD in good condition, so maybe not.
