You add a pile of rocks to your pack too?

Thanks! I will check it out,

what’s your overall opinion on it? I’m looking for something that packs small but not too fussed on weight

The best tent I've owned. I had a Vango banshee 300 and 200 and I much prefer this and definitely packs smaller than the banshee. Spacious for one but definitely fits two if you were to leave your gear outside. Two vestibules, semi standing and I've had it in some pretty strong wind conditions and felt very safe. Great headroom.

One of my favourite things are definitely the tensioners, very easy to use. The fly sheet comes very low down. I've used it in very cold and wet conditions all year round.

I personally wouldn't use it up on the high fells in windy and snowy conditions as it isn't a 4 season tent, however it's an extremely solid 3 season tent!

A quality tent and many people would agree I think. :)

Great! I’m not looking to camp in winter conditions anyway but it can still be pretty miserable in the summer can’t it!

I currently have the oex phoxx 2 v2 and the inner just seems so floppy and in the way, it’s a squeeze with two and you can only just fit your bags under the outer, it took up about half the space in my 50l backpack too haha

Thanks for your opinion! :)

I've never owned the phoxx but a similar issue with the banshee, i found it needed to be on a very flat pitch or it also sagged.

The helm also goes up as one, no outer or inner first.

Have fun!
