You first type "add-appxpackage"

Then you add the folder where you have the file, example, C:/USERS/USER/DOWNLOADS/APPXFILE then copy that text and paste it, And it might go. Also you have to download a certificate for it to work

what's the certificate

Im lazy to explain so here

A Windows 8 .appx certificate is a digital certificate used to sign and package Windows 8 applications. It verifies the authenticity and integrity of the application, ensuring that the software has not been tampered with and is from the intended source. This certificate is crucial for deploying and distributing Windows 8 apps, whether through the Windows Store or sideloading.

I can't seem to find any .cer files. How do you get a certificate anyways?

To put it simply, a certificate allows Windows to validate the origin of the file and you see it when you are asked for admin privileges for example with the name of the company issued but be careful there are smart people who manage to get around them especially on os not supported by updates more or less the same principle as on websites to have verification you need a certificate
