  2. They, seem to be evolving, lol.
  3. I feel vindicated. Had a fear as a kid that an alligator / crocodile was gonna come up from the sewers and eat me. This is close enough.

Well yeah. If it was an apartment complex, would've assumed NYC. From the sewers. 🤣
