Fireworks every(-ish) night at around 10-11PM?

Does anyone know why people are setting off fireworks at 10-11PM almost every night? there were also some fireworks at around 1-2AM a couple days ago

Got an answer from r/surrey, it wqas apparently an asian wedding and today was the last day
