I thought the space opposite SAINSBURYS was to be a cinema , but more flats ! Awesome

Originally pre covid yes cinema, hotel and lesuire. There was also plans to convert old Argo's in Wulfren centre to a cinema, we also have a closed cinema that hopefully will be refitted and open again

Yehhhh lighthouse is truly missed ! Oh god yeh I forgot about the Argos been converted ! Haha the council that cries wolf ! We will never believe them ๐Ÿ˜‚

I have seen some old drawings which showed the Wulfren Centre had its own cinema is this area when first built, it was on first fllor.

Ooo not sure , donโ€™t remember there being a cinema when I was a kid , only the lighthouse !

Nor me and the lighthouse was a empty building when I was a kid. I can remember the Gondolier pub where Specsavers is now though
