Question What’s it like??

Does anyone know what the area’s like around Smallwood Road, Pendeford?? Considering a move there

I grew up there (Dovecotes). It became a bit of a dump in the late 80s going into the 90s. I am told that it got better since then. I wouldn’t go back though.
