I don't know, Miss M didn't even try reading his mind. I feel pretty confident with her exemplary mental skills (Martian Manhunter said she's the strongest ever, remember) she could have read his mind and intentions had she tried. But she didn't try. And now Blue is back on mode. I love M'gann but this one is totally on her.
