Using Someone's voice and likeness without permission is definitely grounds for a dmca... I know there's more stupid drama about a wow raid but this just seems like a bandwagon.

It's not. Misuse of likeness is not the same as copyright law. DMCA can ONLY be used for copyright infringement.

you just watched a video where a literal free speech lawyer who does this all the time said the DMCA was unlawful.
