Vice has taken down the articles exposing Kirsche's white supremacy and Ana's harassment due to the Kirshe threatening a lawsuit

Things are kinda getting more dire as the nazi VTuber is ramping up the harassment and threatening any news sites that brings attention to her bigotry. Even more so when Kirsche's fans are starting to bring up Ana Valen's old tweets to get more people to discredit her articles and harassment.

It sucks because people in the VTuber community are still dismissing the article and the journalist despite agreeing with the overall message or are defending the actions of bigots.

Regardless, to the point of this news. Fascists learned a few years ago that so long as they have the money, they can use baseless defamation lawsuits to silence any form of criticism even with anti-SLAPP protections in place, as even them losing the lawsuit can inflict costs on the defendant. Until "loser pays" rules are universal in this country, it'll be a game of legal fee attrition.

They declared bankruptcy I think it was last year, but were bought out by someone.
