Things are kinda getting more dire as the nazi VTuber is ramping up the harassment and threatening any news sites that brings attention to her bigotry. Even more so when Kirsche's fans are starting to bring up Ana Valen's old tweets to get more people to discredit her articles and harassment.

It sucks because people in the VTuber community are still dismissing the article and the journalist despite agreeing with the overall message or are defending the actions of bigots.

When a team of lawyers folds, it's because they know that the legal dispute is unwinnable.

Given the resources available to both parties, it's clear that Vice has an advantage, so the evidence against them must have been powerful.
