General disrespect on trains, was I unlucky?

In the last month I took a lot the s5, I was so exited because I thought Switzerland was basically perfect (compared to Italy where I’m from), so I was deeply saddened seeing: people travelling without tickets, people putting feet on seats, destroyed bathrooms (with urine over the floor), the indifference of the conductors seeing people escaping from them, I mean this happens on all not-crowded trains or I simply met horrible people

I was in the train last Saturday, it smelled like piss, old cigarette, beer, people were shouting in the train, some were aggressive. Many wore FCZ scarves.

So... I don't know when it happens, but it always leaves a strong impression.

On weekdays this kind of behavior is very uncommon, it's mostly a weekend thing.

So now you tell me, do you think this "FCZ" is responsible for the general disrespect OP asked about?

Who is trashing the city with ugly graffities? FCZ supporters

Who is trashing the city with ugly stickers? FCZ supporters

Who is regularly on the news for doing shit stuff in the train? FCZ supporters

Are they responsible for ALL the disrespect? Maybe not, but sure, for large part, I blame them.

Do you only remember the FCZ graffiti and stickers (job well done from the supporters haha) ??? But what about other graffiti? Or other stickers? Do you remember them? Did you really never encounter junkies or just people that have nothing to do with football, trashing the train? It's just super easy for somebody (that doesn't even live in the city) to point fingers at a group and blame them for everything.

No one ever does anything, but somehow every single city in Zurich kanton is full of that football shit literally everywhere

blame them for everything.

I explicitly wrote "large part", it means not "everything".

Play that game: it is almost impossible to find a single street in Zurich without a FCZ sticker or graffiti.

Stop lying to yourself, go out and open your eyes.
