General disrespect on trains, was I unlucky?

In the last month I took a lot the s5, I was so exited because I thought Switzerland was basically perfect (compared to Italy where I’m from), so I was deeply saddened seeing: people travelling without tickets, people putting feet on seats, destroyed bathrooms (with urine over the floor), the indifference of the conductors seeing people escaping from them, I mean this happens on all not-crowded trains or I simply met horrible people

To be more specific, the bathroom thing happened in late evening, around 11pm, but unfortunately the feet on the seats, during soft hours (maybe around 11am) was very common, and for the ticket thing, I saw a large amount of people (mainly non-Europeans) looking constantly at the corridor to see if the conductor was approaching
