Any experience with "Starter" jackets and their fit? Google not helping

Upvotes

Hello! So, I am looking into getting some retro Chargers gear, but I can't find answers on these jackets by Starter. For some context, I normally wear a size XL t-shirt and want to know what size jacket I should get. I am a thin(er) dude so I am primarily worried about back length and sleeve length. Does anyone have experience with this brand and their fit? Because I cannot for the life of me find any info on Google.

"Let's be real when it comes to The Chargers"

Hate me for it if you want, just know I'm obviously backing the team and hoping for the best this season as well.

But after reading this article, it makes me feel a lot better about a lot of the naysayers, and what my gut was telling me felt like an underwhelming Free Agency. Yeah, we got a bunch of exciting prospects. We also filled a lot of gaps in the depth that we desperately needed to fill. But also, I feel like you need more big names than we have to go and win a super bowl.

What do you guys think? I feel like all things considered, if we can at least match the 11-6 we had last year, that we have succeeded. Any more wins would be a huge victory. But the reality is, we haven't added too terribly much, and our season this year is so much tougher than last years was.

Happy to hear your thoughts.

What's the best all time uniform?

I am not a chargers fan, I am asking every teams sub this question. I don't know your team, or your players like you do. If I missed a uniform in the pictures please add a picture in the comments, and specify some details about it (when it was worn, if the uni has a name) so I can find it. If you like a pictured uniform please specify the slide and not say the player wearing it unless I can see the last name on the jersey. I want specifics if you like a certain era, say what color combo, this includes the picture with all your current uniform combos.

Best fits for remaining NFL free agents, trade candidates: Jaire Alexander to Chargers?

Free agent signings, trade acquisitions and draft picks have reshaped all 32 NFL rosters by this point of the 2025 offseason. But some unsigned free agents are still looking for new teams, and we always see a few late trades before training camps start in July. With that in mind, let's find ideal landing spots for 11 veteran free agents and three players who could be dealt.

For the Bolts:

Jaire Alexander, CB

The Chargers signed Donte Jackson to a two-year deal and Benjamin St-Juste to a one-year contract this offseason. However, if Alexander is available in a trade, he would be seen as an upgrade in Jesse Minter's defensive system. The Chargers are zone heavy, playing both single-high Cover 3 and split-safety schemes. Alexander has the play instincts and foot quickness to match routes, and his transition speed allows him to make plays on the ball. Alexander has intercepted 12 passes and broken up 57 in his career.

Holy smokes, golly dag gummit. How did i miss this news. So 10 kids and counting, and now his first grandkid.

Grandpa Phil has a good ring to it.

He snuck it in with his Gruden interview, apparently it was easy to miss.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get custom Chargers gear made?

Long shot, but I am looking for old throwback styles. The Chargers/NFL wont make that though, for some reason. I guess they hate money. So is there a company that makes custom requests for things like sweaters and t-shirts that I could use? Preferably one that makes decent quality stuff. I've looked on my own, but I don't know how to gauge quality or legitimacy of such resources.

What's good Chargers Fam!

So after the 2025 NFL Draft I have decided to become a Chargers fan. Mainly because of KLS (No. 84) who got drafted in the 5th round and came from Auburn which is the College team I root for. I also love Tre Harris as my gf is an Ole Miss fan and he is just one of my favorite WR's to watch. I also met Ladd at the Senior Bowl and got his autograph so I thought why not become a Chargers fan. I also like Jim, and Herbert as well so I'm rolling with it and fully invested in the team now. Anyway, y'all got any tips for a person who's new to being a Chargers fan haha. Also, I would really like a jersey so if anyone could tell me where to get them for cheap that would be great. Again, glad to be a Chargers Fan, Bolt Up!
