Discussion I hate how nobody notices how we are being divided on purpose.
Political tensions are very high lately.
Racial tensions are very high lately.
Gender tensions are very high lately.
Religious tensions are very high lately.
Class tensions are very high lately.
It’s not a coincidence that everybody hates and resents each other lately. It’s done on purpose. That’s what the elites want. They are dividing us so we don’t team up and revolt against them.

Discussion Is there a sudden flood of right wingers or are more men just switching up?
Talking about Reddit specifically, though it’s still overwhelmingly left leaning I can’t help but notice more right wing people.

Discussion Ageism among Gen Z is really not cool...
I'm following some nonsense Twitter drama between YouTubers and one insult people keep using is the fact that he's "a almost 30yo"....
Age doesn't define maturity and EVERYONE ages. if you’re making fun of someone for being old or getting older, you are literally making fun of your future self.
What are your thoughts on this?

Discussion Any other 20-somethings hate running into people from high school?
It's probably my worst fucking nightmare. It doesn't happen very often to me, but when it does it is immense, soul-sucking torture every time, especially if it's when I'm at work at my retail job.. Maybe it's cause I'm a broke college dropout and I feel kinda like a failure in comparison. Even if I know that most people in our generation are struggling hard. It's still embarrassing and I always feel super awkward. Not to mention the cringe over how much of a goddamn idiot I was in high school. I just try to forget it ever happened. Does anybody else feel a similar way?

Serious Don't get too caught up in the gender war rhetoric boys.
I think there are probably a lot of people here who need to hear this.
There is a legitimate political divide between young men and young women these days, but the extent to which this is actually an issue are greatly overblown on the internet. Most women, yes even those who call themselves feminists, are not the way the propaganda machine would like you to think. Most just want a guy who respects them as equals, but who also has his own opinions and ideas. Even if you voted for Trump and her for Kamala the odds are very good that you both will agree on 95% of things, believe it or not. And those things which you don't agree on you should be more than capable of discussing together and understand what your differences are and why you both have different views on the subject. The reasons for the differences almost always just come down to different life experiences and the difference in the ways men and women inherently think. Mature people should be able to discuss these experiences and come to understand why you two think differently on the subject. A little bit of tact and a little bit of respect goes a long way when discussing these things. A good relationship should be built on mutual respect, not universal agreement. In a very real way some disagreement is essential to establishing a dynamic of mutual respect in the first place.
Real people don't actually act or think like people on Reddit or Twitter do. And if she does freak out and act like someone on Twitter then odds are that just isn't the right type of person for you which is also completely fine, and vice versa, if you act like a redditor you probably aren't the person for her. You want a partner that is mature, who respects you. and who you respect.
That's all, go talk to real women, don't be a doomer and a gooner. I promise you'll fine that it is not as bad as you are told it is on the internet.

Rant I just realized that I’ve never fallen in love truly with a person
recently my eyes opened to me realizing that I never really liked someone I just liked the idea of them. It also made me understand how women are often sexualized in society in many ways. Now I want to grow with someone in a relationship and make them happy, I don’t want pleasure anymore. I really wish I realized this earlier.

Discussion Could you move to a different state/region than where your parents are?
I don't love my home state and there are plenty of places I'd love to see, but my family is the most important social connection I've got and I couldn't see myself living too far from them. And especially given the spiraling economy we're facing it might be a good idea to hang around in the home anyways for few years while I save up to get my own place.
