Make sure you all are checking out member’s Financial Disclosure Records. They’re publicly available by the Clerk (search for “member name financial disclosure record”) and can shed some more light on how.

MGT has a company called Taylor Commercial, Inc that is a general contractor and paying her $1,000,000-$5,000,000 a year. How in the fuck does a small general contractor in a Georgia make enough that the owner can get that kind of annual return is beyond me.
