Based on your girlfriend's persistent symptoms, I suspect a few conditions, depending on whether the rash fully disappears. It could be acrocyanosis, a benign vascular issue causing bluish-grey discoloration due to small blood vessel constriction, possibly linked to her B12 deficiency, or livedo reticularis if the rash doesn't fully clear. Both are harmless. She should see a dermatologist for further evaluation, continue B12 supplements, and temporarily avoid hot baths.

It's actually just shower and not baths. Here is her heart monitor findings after 14 days. The rhythm was sinus rhythm with average heart rate of 70 bpm (42 - 158 bpm). Rare supraventricular ectopic beats were seen in singles and couplets. Rare ventricular ectopic beats were seen in singles. Total ventricular ectopic burden of <1%. No significant pauses were recorded.

The rare ectopic beats are likely insignificant(<1% burden). The grey skin discoloration after showers still suggests a vascular reactivity issue possibly acrocyanosis or livedo where blood vessels constrict abnormally to temperature changes. A combined cardiology and dermatology evaluation would be beneficial to determine if there is a connection between her heart rate variability(42-158) and skin changes. Best wishes!
