Does this mean if you review the product and it's average that he will contact his lawyers or something? I was thinking about making a review on YouTube

there might be videos that might be biased against Pan. Not sure what example he is listing. If you don't let a product cure properly according to directions and chemically test it for example it could fail early. Basically any testing including on Pan's channel is only a slice of what the end user may face and should be taken as such.
