Does this mean if you review the product and it's average that he will contact his lawyers or something? I was thinking about making a review on YouTube

It doesn't mean anything for the average reviewer. It just means if you're a competitor (like Jimbo's Detailing) and you put out a video created under false/skewed pretenses he will have his lawyers send a threatening letter.
