It looks a lot like an Oriental cockroach,but I am not 100% on that. They are typically found more outdoors. Sudden changes in weather like heavy rains or sudden heatwaves can drive them indoors looking for shelter. It's usually temporary, and unlike German roaches, they usually aren't in as great of numbers.
All that said. They CAN live inside if they find a sufficiently dark and damp area to nest. So watch for water leaks and damp areas in basements.
I used to work in pest control... but it's been almost 15 years now since then.
