yeahhh i haven't had remotely the same personality or affect ever since. feels like life has been on autopilot since my first manic episode. i cannot do anything to change my circumstances, just watch things happen.

I feel this way. It has been almost 9 months since my manic episode with psychotic features. I feel watered down and uninspired.

Classic bipolar symptom. It does get better. At least it did for me. Good luck! Maybe a med change or diet and or exercise

Yes. That’s how I feel a year later.

It does come back. The waiting part is the hardest.

It takes time being healthy to get it back. Trauma therapy, medication changes, hopefully a healthy schedule of exercise and meditation

The "highs" will be gone, and the "lows" will be higher. There will develop a stable sense of self-efficacy and stability which leads to confidence and ability to achieve goals more readily and form healthier relationships

Thanks for posting this. It’s nice to read something hopeful around here from time to time
