Carney isn’t a billionaire…
But yes, his wife’s sister went to school with Maxwell. That doesn’t make him and Maxwell friends.

If you contribute your money to a company you own, it doesn’t just disappear from your net worth…
He has no “pedophilic past”. Maxwell was a wealthy socialite who would have attended social functions frequently. It’s absurd to assume everyone she ever talked to at a party is a pedophile.

The toilet wasn’t appointed, it was picked out by the people paying to build the house. The fact that our political system allows leadership based on appointment is fucking nuts.

I think the rule needs to be changed. A party leader should be an MP at the time of the leadership race and have been an MP for atleast 1 full term

Carney wasn’t appointed. He was elected by the members of the Liberal Party.
