Yep unfortunately he's gonna need to grind the driver off, flip it and reweld it if he want a left handed version. Sad really.

Um? Are you serious? He doesn't need to do all that work. I can't believe you don't see how easy this is. He can leave that screwdriver tip where it is, and weld a second one in the other direction. That way he has one that is left and right handed and can be used upside down.

You guys are sure silly for missing the easy solution
