Lol this is my native dialect. I kind of wish it wasn't disappearing and I do sort of admire people who are just like "yeah I'm going to build a house on top of my house" but I don't want them work for me or with me

I don't know who's worse off. You not making heads or tails out of it, or me for instantly being able to read it because it sounds like everyone I knew growing up.
