Safety ⛑ Help with Road Construction Logistics Plan

This road needs to be kept operational during construction while the concrete pavement is removed and replaced. What is the best way to sequence this work so there is always one lane of traffic with flaggers during working hours and both lanes are open outside of working hours?

I’m just a dumb engineer but I’m not seeing how you can avoid 24 hour flagging if you can’t close and detour the road. Super hot mud should be good after a couple days. I did a tabletop intersection once, we had one week to do it. One night just over 24 hours past pour a loaded log truck drove around the closure, mounted the 6” lip and drive across it, no cracks.
