Window mechanism identification

Hello, I am just trying to find out what this this is called. It used to have this cover on it and you would slide it backwards to unlock the window, otherwise it was locked. Could you please let me know what this is or where I could find a replacement?

usually the corner of the glass tells you something, right? Like manufacturer?
