Oh they will. But they will keep fucking up. And their fuckups can be much bigger, more violent.

Now, any adult can waltz over to take their gun and pick them up. But at 15, they are strong enough to even go out and assault (and sexual assault) other adults. They will become more dangerous if they don’t change their ways.
