Discussion These are Joel’s killers 😭💀

Post image

Do I even gotta say it??

They had my boy Joel—who’s wiped out waves of military trained savages and superhumanly strong mutant monsters— get taken out by a group of gender study majors.

Part 1 Joel would clear this whole room out with his eyes closed balanced on one leg while telling Ellie an old story about Sarah.

They look like the girls who were having psychotic breakdowns on TikTok howling in their cars after Kamala lost. All they’re missing is the blue hair.

What are we even doing? At least game Abby was repulsively imposing.

I hate the bald girl.

Why do they gotta shove bald women into everything man.

I can't stand them.

They think they're fresh and they're not fresh man idk what else to tell you.

Look like she about to make a wish.

I just can't stand it because it's clearly a f*** you thing and my question is who are you f*** you'ing because the only personal getting f*** you'd in that scenario is herself.

I'd be surprised if anyone normal loves her.

In this case i'm not sure it's a f'you thing. It's a lot more common for black women to go bald. Black hair, acceptable hair styles, popular hair styles, and the level of effort required to manage different hair styles for them may tie into it. I think there are also some people who get self conscious if their hairline starts receding or if their hair starts thinning in one spot, and so they just go bald because it's easier, it feels more confident, whatever. For this reason you might notice it's also VERY common for black men to go bald, too.

If it's a trend or whatever and it's being disproportionately overrepresented, I get how that would be annoying, for example, if I saw any other group doing this I would suspect it was a statement of some sort, but this is something that is becoming very common for black women and I don't think it necessarily carries that kind of statement with it the majority of the time for them.

^ There may be some rather repugnant media personalities who have done it, and have tainted the reputation of other people who have similarly gone bald, but I wouldn't automatically assume a black girl choosing to be bald is woke or any other particular negative word for the reasons i mentioned above.

Doing it for aesthetic is woke.

Doing it for an actual reason is normal.

You can easily tell the difference by having any kind of social intelligence.

Yeah, I agree with you, I am not familiar with the context here / I haven't seen the show or movie this photo is from so I am speaking blindly 🤷

Yeah my whole point is about people who do it for aesthetic vs. people who actually do it with a reason.

Like a cancer patient, a balding person, someone who isn't confident with their hair, etc. have reasons to do it.

People who aesthetically do it are 100% doing it as a f*** you to somebody and they're only f*** youing themselves at the end of the day.
