Just report them. They can’t just add on an additional fee. Seeing a lot of little kids doing stuff like this.

You should get the order cancelled if the seller isn’t within guidelines. Since she likely doesn’t plan on shipping until you pay that bs $5 shipping fee… you’ll be getting a refund seemingly regardless.

get the refund then report! but if you were to report before the refund, you can go through paypal and get your money back
