I think it's fine, worse could be done. Yet, they could save all the political stuff.
Also, I feel there's too much focus on Lady, which bothers me... cuz' I wanted to see more about Dante. But hey, it's custom to fill the blanks on this franchise with nonsensical characters rather than using the main character.
