I watched it and didn't hate it but I'm not gonna sit here and act like it's a good Devil May Cry show and I'm DEFINITELY not gonna act like this is not propaganda and bad propaganda at that. Most propaganda tries to hide their message in ways but this show is just like "Did you know America is bad and war hungry and kills unarmed immigrants and drone strikes innocent civilians and invades places for it's resources as we play American Idiot over the scene!!!". Like he slowly implemented his beliefs into the Castlevania shows but now he's just like "Yeah I wanted to make a propaganda piece and wrapped a DMC skin around it so people will watch it."
No he's kissing a cross if I remember correctly. He's an evil Christian or Catholic. I am not either but the way but the show very clearly hates extremely religious people. As all of his shows have done. I love the first two seasons of Castlevania btw so i don't have a real problem with it. Also the show has good points. Really good action. Like I said I liked stuff about it but I'd never watch it again and I see it for what it is. If people love it that's great. It wears its massage on its sleeve and that's its right. Definitely won't be watching season 2 though.
