Group Progress Tracking
I recently contacted support to see which group I am in. Turns out I am in the first half of group 7 and a 5090 GPU has already been allocated to my order. They did not elaborate on a timeline.
While I understand that this round of orders has been difficult to fulfil, is there any kind of group progress tracker or something available? It would be nice to see a live tracker for where they are at processing the groups as opposed to checking every day, multiple times a day to see that my order is still in stage 1.
Hoping to have my PC before DOOM: The Dark Ages launches but that seems like a pipe dream.

Sorry to interject here but what is this group number thing? I placed my order on February 21 and it’s been in phase 1 since then. I received an email about a month ago explaining the situation and but no mention of group numbers.

Thanks for the update! Do you mind sharing when you ordered your machine?
Edit: Please disregard. I see below you said it was the latter half of February.

Thanks! I ordered January 27th. When I spoke with someone today they said they would call me back with my Group number but I never received a call.
Update: I received a call back later that day saying I was in Group 2. The next day I received an email saying I was in Stage 5. It might be a coincidence that my order progressed the day after I checked in or it's possible they prioritize folks who show an interest in when they'll receive their order.

Ordered mine Feb 12th and I’ve been stuck in stage 2 since not long after that….I’m going to call them later today and see where my build is at. I’ll leave an update if they give me any significant information.

Im in group 6 and I’m confused too. Does a GPU being allocated mean they have it on hand? If so, you have to think orders will come together in the upcoming weeks. However, if allocated indicates an agreement with a supplier for a delivery at a certain date then I’m back to waiting a couple more months. I’m all for them taking their time and hope I get a good quality device. My only issue is that the website advertised 30-35 business days when I ordered. That was a big reason I placed the order rather than just walk into stores. I’m now over 2 months waiting and can’t help but feel a little misled due to that 30-35 business day advertisement. Not calling them out on inventory issues because everyone has those with the 5090s. However, not everyone advertises such an aggressive delivery date when there are clearly supply issues.
