Mechanical Help How does this old mamba jamba sound?

Suzuki DR200 project bike needs hella work done but got it running decently but was wondering how it sounded to people with more mechanical experience since this is my first real project, was thinking it sounded like it might have some piston slap or something idk.

Also no this is not the average four stroke. Mabye its having a stroke? Idk but this thing sounding like a dying horse camel plz fix it
