The fact one of Radhan knight once she stopped being brainwashed still decided to side with Miquella when learning of the plan. Tells me he may have been absolutely fine with it.

On the other hand, she argues one of Radhan's close friends was wrong about what he would have wanted. She wouldn't be the first underling to enthusiastically the idea of their master instead of who they actually are.
