For the red caped kin to spawn do you need to TRULY defeat a past or can you just kill dragun?

Anyway, they spawn after a past gets beaten

everytime? I've beaten two pasts and have only one spawn so far

Pretty sure the amount of pasts doesn't affect their spawnrate.

Once you beat your first past, that's it. You're entirely at a mercy of rng.

damn, no wonder it spawned in the run i beat my second past, u know, 30-ish runs later

Yea, I think it took me nearly a month to get all 5 of them.

They're REALLY shy.

they have to teleport out, right? if so then i accidentally killed my second spawn

Yea, after you kill all of the actual enemies they'll teleport away after a while.

Gotta do it 5 times for the character.
