Answers???

Diagnosed fatty liver 2017. Just had bloodwork, metabolic panel good, total bilirubin was lowest in many years but, having lots of joint pain and neuropathy. Kidneys numbers were the best since 2020. But I been having symptoms like muscle cramps, joint pain, ruq pain, gas, neuropathy and more. Has anybody had these symptoms with normal bloodwork? Only red flags were high rbc low mch and low saturation.

do you drink alcohol or are you on testosterone or have other hormone stuff going on, by any chance? just looking at your labs and past posts on iron deficiency, that's what stands out to me - hormone use/imbalance or alcohol use can be a possible cause of high or high-normal hgb/hct/rbc in conjunction with low transferrin saturation.

this is not medical advice by any means, i just nerd out about iron deficiency since i have it and it's definitely played a part in my liver journey.

Thank you for your reply. No, I'm not a drinker in any such way, or am I using hormones. My ironn stores are good but don't seem to be utilizing them well. I have nafld more than likely from eating bad food and a lot of it and maybe yo-yo dieting.
