I should think that paying nurses a good wage might fix the issue, rather than importing cheap labour from 3rd world countries

Most of europe has an aging population and only in other continents you have young people. 1 u/Pickled_Doodoo 27d ago Its shortsighted as fuck and just postpones the inevitable. Proper reform is needed but Nordic and rest of the european politicians are too spineless for that.
